This is an optional add-on patch for baby clothes quilts and can be included alongside standard quilt patches.
This embroidered patch is created using one baby grow, carefully shaped into a heart and secured with a neat satin stitch embroidery around the outline.
The finished heart is mounted onto my standard 6" patch and is then sewn into your keepsake quilt as part of the overall design. It’s a lovely way to highlight a particularly special item of clothing, such as a first outfit or favourite baby grow, within your quilt.
The simple embroidery keeps the focus on the fabric itself, making this patch ideal if you prefer a clean, understated look.
You will need to provide:
One baby grow (or similar baby garment)
- I use my experience to design your quilt layout. You can suggest specific ideas, but final creative decisions remain with me to ensure a beautiful finished result.
- If you send more items than needed, I’ll do my best to include them all. You can prioritise any items in your order notes.
- Any leftover scraps will be disposed of three weeks after delivery unless you request their return (additional postage may apply).
- Any unused items will be returned with your keepsake.
- Due to the personalised nature of keepsakes, refunds are not offered once work has started. Orders can be cancelled within 14 days if production hasn’t begun.
